山东省平菇产区,每年8月至翌年3月是集中投料发菌的生产阶段,发菌的成败,直接与产量、效益密切相关。这期间,病害的侵染危害及防治,就成为菇农十分关心的问题。现已发现济阳县有的乡村菇农在发菌期间平菇患了水霉菌病。现将其危害症状及防治方法介绍如下。一、危害症状水霉菌病主要发生在平菇的发菌期,可引起培养料内平菇菌丝消退,直至绝产。此菌显微镜下观察,有分枝发达的丝状体,无隔膜,菌丝粗而长,呈节状,可见游动的孢子。棉籽壳水浸作平板培养水霉菌,其菌丝初为淡白色,粗壮,很稀疏的网状交织,25℃左右培养15天后结成网被,呈桔黄色。平菇发菌期间危害症状:发菌初期,培养料面长出淡白色稀疏的菌丝层,随菌丝层加厚及孢子囊大量形成,颜色
