目的 了解 1991-2 0 0 1年南京市栖霞区血吸虫病流行动态。方法 在流行区每年春季组织查螺专业队调查螺情 ,并对查获的钉螺用压碎镜检法进行感染性检查 ;对居民每年采用免疫学方法 (COPT)检查 ,对耕牛采用粪便孵化法检查。结果  10年中钉螺面积无明显减少 ,虽江滩有螺面积略有减少 ,但向内陆扩散严重 ,内陆有螺面积增加。全区人、畜血吸虫病情有所下降 ,成批急性血吸虫感染得到控制 ,但每年仍有少量急感发生。结论 由于长江洪灾频发等因素 ,江滩钉螺扩散严重 ,特别是阳性钉螺面积有所增加 ,人、畜感染血吸虫的威胁依然存在 ,因此 ,必须加大消灭钉螺及健康教育的力度 Objective To understand the prevalence of schistosomiasis in Qixia District, Nanjing, from 1991 to 2001. Conclusions Because of the frequent floods in the Yangtze River, the snail spread is serious, especially the positive snail area is increased. The threat of schistosomiasis still exists in humans and animals. Therefore, it is necessary to intensify the elimination of snail and health education
