目前火电机组协调控制工程常用方法中的解耦信号多凭借现场经验构造,缺乏理论依据。对某机组简化负荷—压力非线性模型进行工作点小偏差线性化,得到传递函数矩阵描述的线性模型。采用对角矩阵法求取线性模型的解耦矩阵,得到多组解耦条件。对各组解耦条件进行不同程度的简化和近似,得到可实现的几组解耦信号,为工程方案解耦信号的选择与调整寻找到理论依据。
At present, the decoupling signals commonly used in the coordinated control engineering of thermal power units are mostly constructed on the basis of field experience, lacking of theoretical basis. A linear model of small deviations of the operating point of a simplified load - pressure nonlinear model is obtained, and a linear model describing the transfer function matrix is obtained. Obtain the decoupling matrix of the linear model by diagonal matrix method and obtain several sets of decoupling conditions. The decoupling conditions of each group are simplified and approximated to some extent, and several decoupled signals can be obtained, finding the theoretical basis for the selection and adjustment of the decoupling signal in the engineering scheme.
