额博,男,蒙古族,1954年11月出生。中共党员,一级摄影师,中国摄影家协会理事,中国艺术摄影协会常务理事,中国摄影艺术委员会委员,内蒙古青联常委,内蒙古文联副主席,内蒙古摄影家协会主席。从事摄影事业37年。1987年获得“首届自治区十佳摄影家”称号、1987年被评为“首届自治区十佳记者”、1990年获得“自治区劳模”称号、1991年获得“全国新闻出版先进工作者”称号、1996年获得“全国百名优秀青年文艺家”称号,2007年出席中宣部“全国德艺双馨”表彰大会,2006年获得“中国摄影突出贡
