印染厂铜板烧毛车每年要耗用大量的优质煤炭,据测试计算,平均每昼夜耗用大同烟煤3.5吨;排烟温度高达900℃,如何回收排烟热能,是我们共同研究的课题。现将铜板烧毛车余热回收水箱的热交换原理、基本构造、经济效果作一介绍。一、热交换原理如图1所示,在未安装余热回收水箱之前,左右两边烧毛车共计六个炉膛的烟气排入除尘室,靠自然通风从烟囱排向大气。为了利用高温余热,我们在除尘室的位置安装了余热回收水箱,如图2、图3所示。使炉膛出口烟气由侧面进入余热水箱上半部,再由后向前经过上半部列管,由于中管板作用,烟气
