目的探讨细节管理在消毒供应室护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月~2015年12月(已实施细节管理)我院消毒供应室护理人员9例作为研究组,选择2014年1月~2014年12月(未实施细节管理)我院消毒供应室护理人员9例作为对照组。对照组仅采取常规消毒供应措施,研究组在常规消毒供应措施的基础上开展细节管理干预。结果研究组工作满意度总分(97.0±1.3)分,显著高于对照组的(85.4±2.6)分(P<0.05);研究组护理质量总分(97.7±1.2)分,显著高于对照组的(86.2±1.9)分(P<0.05)。结论细节管理可以有效提高医务人员对消毒供应室的满意度,强化护理质量,适于临床推广。
Objective To explore the application of detail management in the nursing management of disinfection supply room. Method selection January 2015 ~ December 2015 (the implementation of the details of management) 9 cases of nursing staff in our hospital disinfection supply room as a research group, select January 2014 ~ December 2014 (not implemented in detail management) Our hospital disinfection supply Room caregivers 9 cases as a control group. Control group only take conventional disinfection supply measures, the study group in the conventional disinfection supply measures based on the details of management intervention. Results The total score of job satisfaction (97.0 ± 1.3) in study group was significantly higher than that of control group (85.4 ± 2.6) (P0.05). The total score of nursing quality in study group was significantly higher than that of control group (97.7 ± 1.2) Group (86.2 ± 1.9) points (P <0.05). Conclusion The detail management can effectively improve the satisfaction of medical staff to the disinfection supply room, strengthen the nursing quality, and be suitable for clinical promotion.
