早在20世纪70年代就有心理学家预言:21世纪是心理学的世纪。21世纪人类所将面临的最大挑战,不是饥饿,不是疾病,甚至也不是战争,而是心理困惑和心理层面的诸多问题。进入新世纪,我国综合国力大幅度提高,人民生活显著改善,但是各种社会矛盾和问题让人们感到心理困惑,时刻冲击着人们的心理承受能力。二十多年来,为了推动我国社会科学的不断发展,促进社会和谐,加强人民的心理健康水平,我国心理学界的专家们经过不懈努力,使我国的心理学及心理健康教育工作无论在理论研究方面还是实践探索方面都取得了不小的进展。因此,无论是在理论研究界还是在心理健康教育一线都亟需一套系统、完整的心理学与心理健康教育基础理论和研究方法
As early as the 1970s, psychologists predicted that the 21st century is the century of psychology. The biggest challenge humankind faces in the 21st century is not hunger, disease or even war but psychological problems and psychological confusion. In the new century, the overall national strength of our country has risen dramatically and the people’s living standards have significantly improved. However, various social conflicts and problems have caused people to feel mentally confused and have an impact on people’s psychological endurance. In the past two decades, in order to promote the continuous development of social science in our country, promote social harmony and enhance the people’s mental health, our psychologists have made unremitting efforts to make our psychology and mental health education both theoretical and theoretical Aspects of practice or exploration have made no small progress. Therefore, both in the theoretical research community and at the frontline of mental health education, a set of systematic and complete basic theories and research methods of psychology and mental health education are urgently needed
