随着公路建设的快速发展及水泥混凝土路面滑模机械摊铺技术的推广应用,遇到越来越多的大小桥、立交桥、通道、涵洞、桥头搭板单双层钢筋混凝土桥(涵)面的机械化铺装技术问题,迫切需要通过研究和工程实践来解决。该文针对混凝土桥面铺装施工方法存在的问题,阐述了滑模机械摊铺的技术优势和质量保证,分析了采用该技术施工应具备的技术条件,对施工关键环节提出了具体要求,采用滑模连续摊铺技术施工的实践表明,滑模摊铺桥面的平整度和强度等关键工程质量比其他方法有明显的提高,不但改善了桥面的外观质量,更重要的是提高了混凝土路面的品质。
