目的探讨大鼠子宫内膜异位症在位和异位内膜的白介素6(IL-6)水平及丹那唑对白介素6水平的影响。方法参照Jones方法建立子宫内膜异位症动物模型,采用ELISA法检测子宫内膜IL-6水平和观察丹那唑的调节作用。结果 模型组异位子宫内膜的IL-6水平比在位内膜显著降低,而丹那唑治疗组在位和异位内膜的IL-6水平显著高于模型组的在位和异位内膜。结论子宫内膜异位症异位内膜的生长与IL-6水平的降低有关,丹那唑的治疗机制可能部分地通过升高内膜组织的IL-6水平起作用。
Objective To investigate the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of rats with endometriosis and the effect of Danazol on interleukin-6 levels. Methods The animal model of endometriosis was established according to the method of Jones. The level of IL-6 in the endometrium was detected by ELISA and the regulatory effect of Danazol was observed. Results The levels of IL-6 in ectopic endometrium in model group were significantly lower than those in eutopic endometrium, while the levels of IL-6 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium of danazol group were significantly higher than those in model group membrane. Conclusions The growth of ectopic endometrium in endometriosis is related to the decrease of IL-6 level. The therapeutic mechanism of Danazol may play a role, in part, by increasing the level of IL-6 in intima.
