冬春季节气温较低,严寒的天气使幼儿代谢率升高,能量消耗普遍增大。为满足幼儿的能量需要,并提高防病能力,家长在幼儿的膳食安排上,要注意以下三点: (一)保证供给富含蛋白质、维生素、矿物质的食品。断奶后的幼儿,牛奶是首要食品,每日应供给250~500克,并应供给瘦肉(畜、禽、鱼等)25~50克、鸡蛋1个,动物肝脏或血每周1~3次,豆腐和其它豆制品也应常吃。总之,要保证动物蛋白质占膳食蛋白质总量的1/3以上或动物蛋白质及豆类蛋白占膳食蛋白质总量的1/2以上。
