《化妆品卫生标准系列》自1987年颁布后,使化妆品的卫生监督和检测工作进入标准化和规范化的阶段。《化妆品安全性评价程序和方法》为毒理学试验提供了依据,但某些试验指标的评价标准尚未确定。现将作者1990～1991年化妆品毒理学试验的资料进行分析,包括急性皮肤刺激试验、多次皮肤刺激试验和一次眼刺激试验,并探讨这三项试验的结果评价标准。
Since its promulgation in 1987, Cosmetics Sanitary Standards Series has made cosmetics hygiene supervision and testing standardization and standardization. “Cosmetics safety evaluation procedures and methods” provide a basis for toxicology tests, but the evaluation criteria of some test indicators have not been determined. Now the author from 1990 to 1991 cosmetics toxicology test data analysis, including acute skin irritation test, multiple skin irritation test and an eye irritation test, and explore the results of these three tests evaluation criteria.
