独山子石化公司地处我国西部,水资源严重匮乏,企业本身却是用水大户,如何处理好这一矛盾,对企业的生存和发展至关重要。 2001年1至10月,独山子石化公司新水消耗量比去年同期节约了65万吨,凝结水回收利用率63.55％,污水削减和回用率29.84％,水的重复利用率达到70％,实现总体经济效益2000多万元。
