目的:观察人体和实验动物处于运动性疲劳状态下内源性激素睾酮和皮质醇的分泌量和节律,并采用时相药法中药干预,研究对运动性疲劳时两种激素分泌量和节律的影响。方法:采用人体和动物相结合,使用放射免疫法测定运动性疲劳时血中睾酮、皮质醇的含量,分析一昼夜的峰谷变化节律;按照峰、谷时间确定服用时相药法中药,人体服用温阳激活颗粒10 g/袋×2袋、滋阴修养胶囊0.5 g/粒×8粒,每天定时服用1次,连续用药28d;动物高剂量为温阳激活颗粒(生药含量)10 g.kg-1、滋阴修养胶囊(生药含量)4 g.kg-1,低剂量分别为5 g.kg-1,2 g.kg-1,每天定时给药1次,连续给药15 d,取血测定。结果:①在人体处于运动性疲劳状态下睾酮的分泌峰值出现在8:00,谷值在18:00,分泌量(176.93~281.73)×10-5mg.L-1;皮质醇的分泌峰值出现在8:00,谷值在22:00,分泌量(1.31~16.13)×10-3mg.L-1;同样状态小鼠睾酮的分泌峰值出现在20:00,谷值在0:00,分泌量(0.56~124.0)×10-5mg.L-1;与人比较变化节律一致,但分泌峰值后延约12 h;②在运动性疲劳状态下服用时相药法中药后,可明显减缓人体或雄性大鼠血睾酮的降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),并调整大鼠血皮质醇含量的过度升高(P<0.05)。结论:运动性疲劳人体和动物的血睾酮和皮质醇的分泌存在明确的生物节律,使用时相药法中药能有效调节其分泌量。

Conclusion: There is a clear biological rhythm in the secretion of blood testosterone and cortisol in exercise-induced fatigue in humans and animals. Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively regulate the amount of secretion.
