针对斜交轴锥齿轮传动中的设计问题 ,将非零变位技术引入该类齿轮传动的设计中。推导了有关斜交轴锥齿轮传动的公式及锥齿轮设计的通用简化计算公式。采用文中所述方法 ,对一对轴交角为 1 8°的螺旋锥齿轮进行了改进设计。结果表明 ,采用本文推导的设计公式可简化设计计算 ,同时变位系数的选择具有较大的范围 ,经过改进设计的齿轮具有较好的弯曲强度、接触强度和啮合性能。
Aiming at the design problem in bevel gear transmission, the technology of non-zero displacement is introduced into the design of gear transmission. The general simplified formula for the formula of bevel gear and the design of bevel gear are derived. Using the method described in the article, a pair of helical bevel gears with an axial angle of 18 ° were designed. The results show that the design formulas deduced in this paper can simplify the design calculation, and the choice of displacement coefficient has a large range. The improved design gear has better bending strength, contact strength and meshing performance.
