目的了解甘肃省即食食品及速冻米面食品金黄色葡萄球菌污染状况,为预防金黄色葡萄球菌引起的食物中毒提供依据。方法对4 228份即食食品、速冻米面食品进行金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定。结果 4 228份样品共检出337株金黄色葡萄球菌,总检出率为7.97%,其中3 770份即食食品检出284株,检出率7.53%;速冻米面食品458份,检出53株,检出率为11.57%。结论甘肃省即食食品、速冻米面食品金黄色葡萄球菌污染较为严重,食用安全存在较大的隐患。
Objective To understand the status of Staphylococcus aureus contamination in ready-to-eat foods and quick-frozen rice noodles in Gansu province, and to provide basis for preventing food poisoning caused by Staphylococcus aureus. Methods Isolation and identification of 4 228 ready-to-eat foods and quick-frozen rice noodles by Staphylococcus aureus. Results A total of 337 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were detected in 4 228 samples, with a total detection rate of 7.97%. Among them, 3 770 samples of ready-to-eat foods were detected, with a detection rate of 7.53%; 458 samples of quick- , The detection rate was 11.57%. Conclusion Gansu Province, instant food, quick-frozen rice pasture Staphylococcus aureus pollution is more serious, there is a big hidden dangers of food safety.
