根据现代粮食物流技术发展要求,结合大型楼房仓建设与应用,对其粮食储存及出入仓工艺进行探讨.根据楼房仓多层储粮的结构特点,利用顶层楼层建筑结构特点及其储粮为1楼和2楼起到的隔热保温作用,配合采用低温季节对储粮进行蓄冷、气温回升前隔热保冷、夏季局部环流通风降温的综合控温技术,从而使楼房仓1楼和2楼不使用任何制冷设备,储粮全年达到准低温储藏状态,实现绿色储粮和生态储粮.
