在大田试验条件下研究了锌肥对花生生理特性及产量品质的影响。结果表明,施用锌肥促进了花生的营养生长,增加了干物质积累量;提高了叶片叶绿素含量和净光合速率,增加了叶片过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低了丙二醛(MDA)含量。施锌提高了花生产量,增加了籽仁脂肪和蛋白质的含量。其中施锌量为30kg/hm2时,花生产量最高,增产幅度达7.52%,其增产原因是增加了单株结果数,提高了果重。
The effects of zinc fertilizer on physiological characteristics and yield and quality of peanut were studied under field conditions. The results showed that zinc fertilizer promoted the vegetative growth of peanut and increased the accumulation of dry matter; increased the chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate of leaves, increased the contents of POD, SOD and Catalase (CAT) activity, reduced malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Zinc application increased peanut production and increased kernel fat and protein content. Among them, when the amount of zinc was 30kg / hm2, the yield of peanut was the highest and the rate of increase was 7.52%. The reason for the increase was the increase of the number of fruit per plant and the increase of fruit weight.
