非常时期的非常举措面对危机,各路企业都八仙过海般使出各种看家本领应对挑战。裁员、减薪、放无薪长假成为危机中使用频率最高的关键词。从目的和出发点上讲,无论企业采纳何种举措、采取何种行为,本都是无可厚非之举。毕竟,企业的出发点和目的还是期望能够通过这些举措,改善企业的内部和外部经营环境,从而确保企业能够安然度过“寒冬”。
