通过分析电力零售市场交易关系,提出售电商、用户和配电商共同承担网损的原则。定义了所有交易的功率传输因子矩阵,确定每笔交易的功率传输分布;通过对转移的网损积分等值,确定配电商购入功率的全网分布。基于功率分布,引入贡献因子理论,从支路功率的角度计算网损分摊系数,向所有市场参与者分摊网损。仿真结果表明,该方法有效、合理,能够完成竞争性电力零售市场中网损分摊的任务。
By analyzing the transaction relationship in the electricity retail market, the principle that sales electricity suppliers, electricity distributors and distributors share the same damage is proposed. The power transmission matrix of all the transactions is defined to determine the power transmission distribution of each transaction. The net distribution of power purchased by the power distributor is determined through the integral of the losses lost. Based on the power distribution, the theory of contribution factor is introduced to calculate the network loss sharing factor from the perspective of branch power and allocate the network loss to all market participants. The simulation results show that this method is effective and reasonable and can fulfill the task of network loss allocation in the competitive electricity retail market.
