为了降低 Ca-DTPA 的毒副作用,本文选用一种含锌5%左右的中药制剂——甘草锌与 Ca-DTPA 伍用。实验采用 lmMolCa-DTPA/kg·d 和3mMolCa-DTPA/kg·d 两种剂量,每日分四次给大鼠肌肉注射。低剂量组连续给药四个疗程(给药5d,休息两 d 为一疗程),高剂量组仅连续给药5b。两组动物各有一半在给药期间每日口服0.6g 甘草锌。同时,还分别用甘草铵和 ZnSO_4做比较实验。结果表明甘草锌确能减轻 Ca-DTPA 对大鼠体重、外观、肾脏病变和微量元素(Zn、Mn、Cu)含量的不良影响。比较实验的结果表明,Ca-DTPA 的毒副作用实际上是与微量元素 Zn的丢失相关,而甘草锌的缓解效果主要是通过补锌达到的。
In order to reduce the toxic and side effects of Ca-DTPA, this article selected a Chinese medicine preparation containing about 5% of zinc—Glycyrrhiza zinc and Ca-DTPA. In the experiment, two doses of lmMolCa-DTPA/kg·d and 3mMolCa-DTPA/kg·d were given to the rats intramuscularly four times daily. The low-dose group was given four courses of continuous administration (administration of 5d, rest for two days for one course of treatment), while the high-dose group of continuous administration of only 5b. Half of each group of animals received 0.6 g of glycyrrhizic zinc daily during the administration period. At the same time, comparative experiments with glycyrrhizic ammonium and ZnSO 4 were also conducted. The results showed that licorice zinc can alleviate Ca-DTPA’s adverse effects on body weight, appearance, kidney lesions, and trace elements (Zn, Mn, Cu). The results of comparative experiments show that the toxic and side effects of Ca-DTPA are actually related to the loss of trace element Zn, while the mitigation effect of licorice zinc is mainly achieved through zinc supplementation.
