我校是一所普通的农村初中。1987年,由于学校生物园办得有特色,为当地的庭院经济发展做出了贡献,获得了“小星火奖”。从这只奖杯上,我们看到了农村中学教育改革的方向。几年来,我们在主要为本地经济建设培养人才,兼顾升学的教育思想指导下,在加强文化科学基础教育的同时,积极开展科技活动,为农村培养了一批科技后备人才。开辟“三场一园”,建立育人基地建设校内劳动基地,是实施劳动技术教育,开展科技实践,培养全面发展新人的必要物质条件,也是勤工俭学、直接为本地经济建设服务的有效途径。我们在原有生物团的基础上,针对本地经济的特点,提出了建立“三场一园”,作为学校实验基地的方案。这个方案得到乡党委、政府的大力支持。乡党委、政府出面,帮我校收回了原来的学农基地20亩,师生动手,开荒平
My school is an ordinary rural junior high school. In 1987, thanks to the unique features of the school biology park, it contributed to the economic development of the local courtyard and won the “Little Spark Award.” From this trophy, we have seen the direction of rural secondary education reform. In the past few years, under the guidance of the educational philosophy of training qualified personnel for local economic development and giving consideration to furthering education, we have been actively promoting scientific and technological activities while strengthening the basic education in culture and science and have cultivated a batch of qualified personnel for science and technology in rural areas. To open up “one field and three parks” and to establish a base for educating people and to build an in-school labor base is an essential material condition for carrying out labor and technical education, carrying out scientific and technological practices and fostering all-round development of new people. It is also an effective way to work hard and study hard and directly serve local economic construction. On the basis of the existing biological groups, in response to the characteristics of the local economy, we proposed the establishment of “three parks and one park” as the experimental base for schools. This program has been the strong support of the township party committee and government. Township party committees and governments come forward to help my school to recover the original agricultural base of 20 acres, teachers and students, land reclamation
