目的 分析糖尿病足再次感染患者伤口护理中实施针对性护理干预的临床效果.方法 将100例糖尿病足再次感染患者作为本次研究对象,均来源于我院2018年5月—2019年6月期间,按随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组,各50例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予针对性护理,分析2组应用价值.结果 经护理后实验组疼痛VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组自主训练率为96.00％,显著高于对照组的80.00％,实验组血糖自我检测率为98.00％,明显高于对照组的84.00％(P<0.05).结论 糖尿病足再次感染患者伤口护理中实施针对性护理干预效果显著,能够有效缓解疼痛,因此值得临床应用及推广.
