以苏州某建筑基坑与既有地铁盾构区间隧道近接施工项目为背景,利用有限元方法,分析了建筑基坑开挖对既有地铁区间隧道的受力和变形的影响。结果表明:建筑基坑施工过程中隧道发生变形,整个开挖过程中隧道水平位移最大值为4.4mm,隧道竖向位移最大值为2.1mm;基坑开挖过程中地铁区间隧道外侧最大弯矩为60.7k N·m,发生在开挖3#基坑至坑底阶段;上部建筑施工完成后地铁区间隧道变形减小,水平最大位移减小至3.1mm,竖向最大位移减小至1.4mm。
Based on the tunnel construction project of a construction foundation pit in Suzhou and the existing subway shield tunnel, the influence of excavation on the stress and deformation of existing tunnels is analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the deformation of the tunnel during the construction of the foundation pit, the maximum horizontal displacement of the tunnel during excavation is 4.4mm, and the maximum vertical displacement of the tunnel is 2.1mm. The maximum bending moment outside the tunnel during the excavation of the foundation pit 60.7kN · m, occurred in the excavation of pit # 3 to the bottom of the pit; after the completion of the superstructure, the tunnel deformation in the metro area reduced, the maximum horizontal displacement reduced to 3.1mm and the maximum vertical displacement reduced to 1.4mm .
