当代新闻内涵的价值应包括三个部分，即导向价值、受众价值和事实价值。三者有机结合，才能有效完成党报新闻宣传的任务：若三者处理不当或只强调其中某一方面，就会影响到新闻作用的有效发挥。在发展社会主义市场经济的条件下，在各种报纸的激烈竞争中，党报的新闻报道应“加深”、“加重”，不仅要体现新闻的“时效性”，而且要展现新闻的“有效性”──新闻信息对广大受众应县有的“知悉”意义和“指导” 价值。
The value of the connotation of contemporary news should include three parts, namely, the guide value, the audience value and the fact value.
