目的 分析鹤峰县肺结核控制现状,探讨医疗机构在肺结核控制中的作用。方法 对结防人员、病人及家属进行深入访谈,收集登记肺结核病人资料,分析现状,提出对策。结果 鹤峰县肺结核患病率高,治愈率低,疫情严重。据1990年流行病学调查测算,全县肺结核患病率为1000/10万。结论 鹤峰县没有充分发挥医院在肺结核控制中的作用,对病人的治疗与管理分家,结核病控制效果不好。对策:①充分发挥综合医院在结核病控制中的作用;②健全三级医疗预防保健网。
Objective To analyze the status of tuberculosis control in Hefeng County and to explore the role of medical institutions in the control of tuberculosis. Methods To carry out in-depth interviews with patients, patients and their relatives, collect data of registered tuberculosis patients, analyze the status quo and propose countermeasures. Results Hefeng County, a high prevalence of tuberculosis, the cure rate is low, the epidemic is serious. According to the 1990 epidemiological survey, the prevalence of tuberculosis in the county was 1000 / 100,000. Conclusion Hefeng County did not give full play to the role of the hospital in the control of tuberculosis, the treatment and management of patients separated, tuberculosis control effect is not good. Countermeasures: ① give full play to the role of general hospitals in tuberculosis control; ② improve the three preventive health care network.
