近年来,电力企业对于资金管理“一本帐”、“一个池”的要求日益凸显,实现财务与业务集成高度协同,给财务工作者提出了更高的要求。为此,深化对集约管理内涵的认识,深入研究促进财务集约化管理的新举措,努力探寻提升集团化运作效率的新途径是摆在电力企业财务人员面前的一个现实问题,本文对此进行了探讨。
