本研究以胃粘膜电位差(Potential difference PD)为主要检测手段,观察了食用明胶(Gelatin)、胃粘膜素对动物急性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。结果表明:食用明胶、胃粘膜素能防止乙酰水杨酸(acetylsalicylic acid,ASA)所引起的胃粘膜PD下降(p<0.01)。病理结果也显示食用明胶、胃粘膜素能明显减轻或避免ASA所引起的胃粘膜损伤。结论:食用明胶对ASA所致的动物急性胃粘膜损伤有保护作用。
In this study, the gastric potential difference (Potential difference PD) was used as the main detection method to observe the protective effect of gelatin (Gelatin) and gastric mucin on acute gastric mucosal injury in animals. The results showed that eating gelatin and gastric mucosal could prevent the decrease of PD in gastric mucosa caused by acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) (p<0.01). The pathological results also showed that eating gelatin and gastric mucosa can significantly reduce or avoid gastric mucosal damage caused by ASA. CONCLUSION: Edible gelatin has a protective effect on acute gastric mucosal injury in animals caused by ASA.
