目的调查老年患者住院情况,探讨老年患者住院疾病的发生、发展规律及一些相关情况。为老年疾病的防治提供科学依据。方法以病案统计室2003～2007年5年间的出院情况为依据,采用回顾性分析兼统计。结果在我院8101例老年患者中,循环系统疾病发病率最高,为33.79%。其他依次为呼吸系统、消化系统、内分泌和营养、损伤和中毒、眼和附属器疾病以及肿瘤。结论老年患者是一个特殊的群体,应以预防为主,做好社区医疗保健工作,努力提高医务人员的医疗、护理水平,加强居民健康教育,加强对高危人群的管理,从而达到提高老年人健康水平、延长寿命的目的。
Objective To investigate the hospitalization of elderly patients and to explore the occurrence and development of hospitalized diseases in elderly patients and some related situations. Provide the scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of senile diseases. Methods Based on the hospital discharge cases from 2003 to 2007 in the medical records office, retrospective analysis and statistics were used. Results Among the 8101 elderly patients in our hospital, the incidence of circulatory diseases was the highest (33.79%). The other followed were respiratory system, digestive system, endocrine and nutrition, injury and poisoning, ocular and accessory diseases and tumors. Conclusions Elderly patients are a special group, prevention should be the mainstay, community health care should be done well, health care and medical care should be improved, health education should be strengthened, and the management of high risk population should be stepped up so as to improve the health of the elderly Level, to extend the life of the purpose.
