新形势下各级组织和领导干部在推动建设有中国特色社会主义的伟大实践中,群众工作大多数表现为“面对面”、“心贴心”的思想教育及联系服务的工作,其政治性、影响性很大,实践性、基础性很强。根据新形势下群众工作的新特点新要求,本人认为必须从夯实基础入手提升群众工作水平。
