文化知识是运动员发展的重要前提我在国外执教期间,看到国外的训练体制与国内有很大区别。国外的少儿启蒙教育不像国内这么专业化,外国的教练更注重孩子的文化课教育,当孩子具备了良好的理解能力和分析能力的时候,再着重培养孩子的体育专业特长,让孩子得到全方位的发展。这种培养孩子的思路与模式十分科学,十分值得我们借鉴,要让孩子具有一定的文化基础,有了文化知识才可以提高孩子的理解能力,才能够拓宽孩子的思维,否则会大大限制孩子的专业发展。在我们国家打球的孩子非常多,如果一味地延续老旧的训练方式,并不利于孩子长期的发展,我们不光要重视少年儿童的启蒙教育,还要为孩子的未来打下坚实的基础,让他们能够真正地在社会上立足,因此我们培养孩子的目标不仅仅是让孩子具有较高的专业竞技水平,还要让孩子学习到真正的文化知识,把他们培养成未来的大学生运动员。
