党的十七大是在我国改革开放关键时期召开的一次十分重要的会议,是一次承前启后,继往开来的重要会议。胡锦涛总书记在大会上所作的报告,是在新的历史起点上开创中国特色社会主义新局面的政治宣言和行动纲领,也是全面落实依法治国基本方略、加快建设社会主义法治国家进程的根本指南。为了切实把法学界、法律界的思想和行动统一到党的十七大精神上来,真正把党的十七大精神贯彻落实到法学研究、推进依法治国的各项工作中去,本刊特组织了这次笔谈,邀请“山东省首届优秀中青年法学家”中的部分同志畅谈学习党的十七大报告的体会。希望能对广大读者学习党的十七大报告有所帮助和启迪。
The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a very important meeting held during the critical period of China’s reform and opening up and is an important meeting that goes on in the future and continues to the future. The report made by General Secretary Hu Jintao at the General Assembly is the political declaration and program of action for starting a new situation of socialism with Chinese characteristics from a new historical starting point. It is also a fundamental guide for the full implementation of the basic principles of governing the country according to law and accelerating the process of building a socialist country ruled by law.
