气相防锈塑料薄膜是以热塑性树脂作为气相缓蚀剂的载体,制成的新型防锈包装材料。由于它含有挥发性缓蚀剂,在常温下能不断地释放出缓蚀性气体,对金属起防锈作用。其特点如下:1.用它包装机械制件,可在接触或不接触的场合下,获得长期防锈效果。2.它有透明、柔软及可热焊性,可将其热焊成袋、罩,又便于观察被包装产品的表面状况。3.使用方便,产品启封后不经清洗便可使用。气相防锈塑料薄膜按其制造工艺方法,可分为涂复型气相防锈塑料薄膜和挤压吹塑型气相防锈塑料薄膜两类。
