本文针对采用平面拐曲轴和并列连杆的V型60°夹角的8V柴油机整机平衡问题进行了 分析计算.根据系列化设计要求,选择了平衡块和双轴两种方案来平衡该机存在的不平衡的二阶 往复惯性力,对双轴平衡方案进行的试验表明;8V柴油机平衡系统结构合理,设计正确,整机振动 烈度达到了设计要求.
In this paper, the balancing problem of 8V diesel engine with V-shaped 60 ° angle between flat crank shaft and parallel link is analyzed and calculated. According to the design requirements of the series, the balance block and the biaxial two schemes are selected to balance the unbalanced second-order reciprocating inertial force of the aircraft. Experiments on the biaxial balance scheme show that the balanced system of the 8V diesel engine has a reasonable structure and a correct design , The whole vibration intensity has reached the design requirements.
