After the Second World War, the Japanese economy recovered after 10 years and achieved rapid growth for 20 years in the early 1970s. It has become the second largest economy in the capitalist world. This was once called “miracle” by the world. After entering the early 1970s, Japan’s economy unexpectedly achieved yet another steady 20-year development, even in advanced capitalist countries, under the premise of losing favorable conditions for high-speed growth in the past and drastic and turbulent changes in the domestic and international environment. Maintaining a high (some years highest) rate of development is another “miracle” after the 60s. One of the reasons why this miracle can be realized is that companies can adopt a series of effective countermeasures in response to changing circumstances and continuously improve the quality of management and resilience.
