在矿床的地下开采工艺中,出矿是最重要而繁重的工序之一,且在材料费和工资中占了很大比重。因此,实现放矿、装矿和运矿过程的机械化是当前矿山生产的主要任务之一。振动技术的产生和使用为实现放矿装矿全盘机械化和自动化创造了有利条件。1960年,捷米尔-陶矿在全世界首先使用振动出矿机进行采场出矿,从而大大改善了矿石回收指标,提高了回采工作面的生产能力,增加了劳动的安全性和舒适性。目前,振动出矿法的优越性没有人怀疑了。
