为贯彻实施《档案法》和《档案法实施办法》,贯彻国办发(1989)57号文件精神,加速档案事业建设,更好发挥档案的作用,1月11日,市政府常务副市长雷宇主持召开1991年第一次市长办公会议。会议在听取了市档案局局长林敦连《关于进一步加强我市档案事业建设的意见》的说明后认为,近年来,尤其是《档案法》实施以来,全市档案工作有了很大的发展,在社会主义两个文明建设中发挥了重要作用。为进一步发展档案事业,把档案工作搞得更活,更好地为经济建设服务,会议决定:
In order to implement the “Archives Law” and the “Measures for the Implementation of the Archives Law,” carry out the spirit of the document No. 57 (1989) of the State Council, speed up the construction of the archival work and better play the role of archives. On January 11, the deputy mayor of the municipal government Lei Yu presided over the first Mayor’s office in 1991. After listening to the statement by Lin Dunlian, director of the Municipal Bureau of Archives, on “Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Archives in Our City”, the meeting concluded that in recent years, especially since the implementation of the “Archives Law,” the city’s archives work has made great strides in society. It has played an important role in the construction of two civilizations.
