话语交流是人们消除误解、缓和矛盾的基本途径,是国际合作取得成功的前提和基础。在国际合作过程中,话语交流可以协调各行为主体之间的利益关系以及其他社会关系,使个体收益和整体收益实现合理化。在话语交流过程中,话语行为人应遵循话语伦理规范原则和互主体性原则,协调趋同,消除误解,逐步实现同一与共识,使国际合作得以顺利实现。
Discourse exchange is one of the basic ways for people to eliminate misunderstandings and ease contradictions and is the precondition and foundation for the success of international cooperation. In the process of international cooperation, discourse exchange can coordinate the interest relations among various actors and other social relations so as to rationalize individual benefits and overall benefits. In the process of discourse communication, discourse actors should follow the principles of normative discourse ethics and inter-subjectivity, coordinate the convergence, eliminate misunderstandings and gradually achieve the same and consensus so that international cooperation can be smoothly realized.
