从一学期来贯彻小学生守则的工作中,我们有以下几点体会: 一、教师必须深刻领会守则条文的精神实质,并有计划有重点地进行教育:起先我们对守则第1条领会不深,认为这条要求空泛,不容易执行,不容易检查,可以暂不贯彻。有的老师还认为这一条就是包括了后面全部守则,只要贯彻后面的条文,也就自然地贯彻了第1条。经过钻研,大家认识到这一条是整个守则的“总纲”。通过这一条的贯彻可以使同学们懂得国家对他们的关怀和要求,知道身体好、功课好、品行好是每个学生努力的目标。这样就可以消除有些学生把守则看作国家对他们约束的抗拒情绪。同时通过这一条的贯彻,也可以使学生知道作个“好学生”的目的是“准备为祖国服务,为人民服务”,明确自己学习的目的。这样
