随着时代的变化与发展,人们的阅读习惯也随之变化与发展,高校图书馆的读者服务工作也因此受到深刻影响。特别是网络化、信息化条件下,高校图书馆要真正成为读者寻求知识的殿堂,就必须提高自身的核心竞争力,按照读者的需求不断进行服务创新,为读者提供多元化的知识服务。与时俱进、提高读者服务能力,适应新形势下不同读者日益增强的个性化阅读需求,已经成为高校图书馆必须面对和研究的重大课题。本文就新时期高校图书馆读者服务工作的新变化、存在的主要问题进行了阐述,并就提高读者服务能力提出了对策建议。
With the change and development of the times, people’s reading habits also change and develop. As a result, the service of readers in the university library has been deeply influenced. Especially under the networked and informationalized conditions, the university library must truly become the hall of readers ’seeking knowledge, and must improve its own core competitiveness. Based on the readers’ needs, the university should constantly innovate its services and provide diversified knowledge services to readers. Keeping pace with the times, improving the readers’ service ability and adapting to the increasingly individualized reading needs of different readers under the new situation have become major issues that the university library must face and study. This article expounds the new changes and existing problems in the service of the university library in the new era, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the service ability of the readers.
