转炉炉衬采用镁碳砖后 ,炉壳温度可达 45 0℃或更高 ,造成炉壳蠕变变形。通过转炉炉壳蠕变变形影响因素的分析和ANSYS软件建立了炉壳蠕变变形的计算模型。有限元模拟计算结果与现场测量值基本吻合。
Converter lining with magnesia brick, the furnace shell temperature up to 45 0 ℃ or higher, causing the furnace shell creep deformation. Through the analysis of the factors affecting the creep deformation of converter shell and the calculation model of creep deformation of furnace shell with ANSYS software, The results of FEM simulation are in good agreement with the field measurements.
