目的:鉴定中药栀子挥发油的化学成分。方法:按1995年中国药典规定的方法提取挥发油,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪定性、气相色谱法定量分析了栀子挥发油的化学成分。结果:从常用中药栀子中提得0033%的挥发油,鉴定了9种化合物,共中相对含量高的成分为硬脂酸和12乙酰氧基9十八碳烯酸甲酯。结论:所报道的9种成分均为首次从中药栀子中分离鉴定,为寻找治疗带状疱疹的有效成分提供了部分药物化学依据
Objective: To identify the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Radix Scutellariae. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted according to the method prescribed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 1995. The chemical composition of the essential oil of Gardenia jasminoides was quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and gas chromatography. RESULTS: 0. 033% of volatile oil was extracted from commonly used Chinese Wolfberry fruit, and 9 compounds were identified. The relative high content of the ingredients was stearic acid and methyl 12-acetoxy-9-octadecenoate. . Conclusion: The reported 9 components were isolated and identified from the Chinese wolfberry for the first time, providing some of the medicinal basis for the search for effective ingredients for the treatment of herpes zoster.
