为了进一步探讨吸烟与炎症的关系,本文通过烟雾刺激金黄地鼠,观察了其对呼吸道的致炎作用。结果显示:烟雾刺激可使白细胞粘附数目明显增多,支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中蛋白含量及其细胞数目明显增多。结果提示吸烟对呼吸道具有致炎作用。
In order to further explore the relationship between smoking and inflammation, this paper stimulated the golden hamster by smoke to observe its effect on the respiratory tract. The results showed that the number of leukocyte adhesion increased obviously with smoke stimulation, and the protein content and the number of cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) increased significantly. The results suggest that smoking has an inflammatory effect on the respiratory tract.
