Objective: To investigate the adverse reactions of azithromycin in pediatric clinical application to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods: A total of 180 children were enrolled in this study. Patients in the intravenous drip group and the oral group were randomly assigned to receive 90 cases of oral azithromycin and intravenous infusion of azithromycin. Adverse reactions were analyzed. Results: After treatment with azithromycin, both groups had allergic rash, gastrointestinal discomfort, fever and other adverse reactions. There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin can cause adverse reactions in pediatric clinical application, and adverse reactions and clinical routes of administration are not significantly related to the need for scientific medication, close observation, to carry out effective prevention and emergency treatment.
