本文选择长江上游险工段岷江金马河段堤防为样本,引入MapInfo地理信息系统平台,结合河道堤防信息的特点及水利部门应用和管理的要求,利用面向对象的设计思路,开发研制岷江金马河堤防管理信息系统,以期为我国堤防管理专业软件集成化积累经验.该系统的设计思路体现了多目标的特点,可以为堤防工程管理、防洪防汛、指挥决策、风险管理等不同的用户提供服务
In this paper, we selected the embankment of Minjiang River Jinma Reach of the Yangtze River as a sample, introduced MapInfo GIS platform, combined with the characteristics of river embankment information and the requirements of water conservancy department application and management, using object-oriented design ideas to develop the Minjiang River Jinma River embankment management Information system in order to accumulate experience for the integration of China’s embankment management software.The system’s design ideas reflect the characteristics of multi-targets, which can provide services to different users such as embankment project management, flood control, command and decision-making, risk management and so on
