当前在高校学生党建中存在入党动机多样化、后续教育缺乏、工作队伍建设不足等问题,如何提升学生党员的先进性,提高学生党建工作科学化水平?“人文关怀”在十八大报告中再次明确提出,为新时期高校学生党建工作指明方向。将人文关怀融入学生党建中,赋予新思路,从加强理念引导、创新教育管理、建设专业化队伍等角度切入,促进学生党员健康全面发展,促进基层党建工作的科学化。
