目的探讨中药内服联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选取小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患者52例,随机分为观察组和对照组各26例,观察组给予中药内服联合中药穴位贴敷方法治疗,对照组给予平喘、化痰、止咳等西医治疗,比较2组临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为92.3%,高于对照组的69.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药内服联合中药穴位贴敷治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘效果优于西医治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking on children cough variant asthma. Methods Fifty-two children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into observation group (26 cases) and control group (26 cases). The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine (OTC) combined with acupoint sticking method, the control group was treated with Western medicine such as asthma, phlegm, Compare 2 groups of clinical treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 92.3%, which was higher than 69.2% of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Chinese medicine oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine acupoint sticking treatment of children with cough variant asthma is better than Western medicine treatment, worthy of clinical promotion.
