目的：了解读者网络信息行为特征,为图书馆服务策略的制定提供实证依据。方法：利用管理软件记录读者在图书馆电子阅览室的网络利用行为,并用SPSS软件对记录结果进行统计分析。结果：医学生是电子阅览室的主要用户群体,其网络信息行为主要以信息查询为主（占55.19%）;数据库检索外文数据库利用高于中文数据库,Pub Med数据库为外文数据库检索的主要来源;读者信息查询和利用行为主要集中在日常工作时间段。结论：为保证读者都能很好地利用网络查询信息和利用信息,图书馆应让读者了解各类数据库,充分利用好网络资源,帮助读者提
