“4.18”提速调图后,我局的运输格局发生了巨大变化,客运能力增加18%,客车品种和数量明显增加,在运行图上呈现密集的“客车块”效应。若客车运行秩序出现异常,列车运行调整弹性越来越小,影响程度将进一步加深,这些都给日常客车调度指挥在原有工作难度的基础上又增加了新的高度,迫切需要结合实际运输情况按照客车等级要求分层次地采取有效措施进行计划、组织、协调、控制,确保客车运行秩序的稳定。
After “4.18” speed adjustment, the bureau’s transportation pattern has undergone tremendous changes. Its passenger capacity has increased by 18%. Passenger vehicles have obviously increased in variety and quantity, showing a dense “bus block” effect on the operation chart. If the order of bus operation is abnormal, the adjustment of train operation is getting smaller and smaller, and the influence degree will be further deepened. All of these give a new height to the routine bus operation command based on the difficulty of the original work. Bus level requirements take effective measures at different levels to plan, organize, coordinate and control to ensure the stability of bus operation order.
