本文报道了从我国15个省(区)分离的大豆三类共生体54个菌株的部分生理生化特性及其变化的研究结果。菌株的世代时间测定表明,26株快生菌株为2.6~4.7hr,12株慢生菌株多数为8.5~12.0hr,16株超慢生菌株在18.2~39.6hr之间;改变碳源对代时有影响,但仍在各自的代时范围内,证明世代时间是大豆根瘤菌菌株间比较稳定的重要表型特征之一;在YEM培养基上快生菌株产酸,超慢生菌株产碱能力比慢生菌株强,碳源不同使其产酸碱能力发生变化;三类共生体中都存在尿酶、硝酸还原酶、过氧化氢酶和β—半乳糖苷酶的活性,快生菌株这些酶活性较强,超慢生菌株较弱,慢生菌株基本介于二者中间。
This paper reports the partial physiological and biochemical characteristics of 54 strains of three symbionts isolated from 15 provinces (regions) in China and their changes.
