利用离散单元法研究了筒仓装卸料过程中的力场和速度场,以期揭示宏观力学行为的内在机理.文中首先介绍了离散单元法的基本原理,然后用物理模型实验测试和模拟了筒仓壁法向压力及物料流动过程,最后用离散单元法研究了筒仓内部压力和物料颗粒速度场,并探讨了颗粒密度和物料密实度的影响.与物理实验结果对比表明,离散单元法用于模拟和分析筒仓壁压力及物料流动规律等是完全可行的.
Discrete element method was used to study the force field and velocity field in silo loading and unloading process in order to reveal the intrinsic mechanism of macroscopic mechanical behavior. In this paper, the basic principle of discrete element method is firstly introduced. Then, the normal pressure and material flow of the silo wall are tested and simulated by the physical model experiment. Finally, the discrete element method is used to study the internal pressure of the silo and the particle velocity field of the material. The impact of particle density and material density. The comparison with the physical experiment results shows that the discrete element method is feasible and feasible to simulate and analyze the wall pressure of silos and the material flow.
